Why do we hold information about you?
Our lawful basis for holding this information is one of contract and we need basic information about you for invoicing and your booking with us, so that it can be referred to at a later date if we need to contact you about your booking.

How do we store this information?
Details of your booking are stored on a secure web server, which is located in the UK, full details are available on request. Your personal details are also held in our local computer database and on paper records kept securely in our office.

Who do we share this information with?
We have never shared any personal details for sales or marketing purposes to a third party and will never do so. When we, or a third-party booking agent such as LateRooms.com, collect your credit or debit card details, this information is held securely by us for the time period between when you make your booking and the actual payment transaction (normally when you arrive at or leave our accommodation). When the actual card payment transaction takes place, your card details are transmitted securely to our merchant card service provider, First Data, who are a Data Processor. Your card details are at all times kept securely in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Do we sell your information to third parties?
We have never sold any personal details to a third party and will never do so. The only exception to this would be in the event of the sale or transfer of 130 Corve Street B&B, to a third party as a going concern.
